Monthly Supper Sanctuary for Women
On the last Sunday of each month, women gather at Oak & Ember Sanctuary to exhale, eat, and just be together. No performance, no fixing, no “how are you really doing?” interrogations — just candlelight, potluck dishes, real conversation, and a place where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Sanctuary & Sisterhood is a monthly, in-person, potluck gathering at Oak & Ember Sanctuary.
Imagine:
A table lit by candles, plates full of food
Women in comfy clothes, not “networking outfits”
Laughter, honest sharing, and quiet moments that feel like a deep breath
There is no workshop, no circle “curriculum,” no productivity agenda. This is a rest-and-be-fed space — for your body and your heart.
We eat. We talk. We listen. We remember that we are not meant to do life, healing, or deconstruction alone.
Sanctuary & Sisterhood is for you if:
You’re tired of only seeing people in rushed, surface-level ways
You want real, grounded community — not performance, comparison, or “mean girl” energy
You crave a place where you can show up messy, tired, tender, or joyful… and still be welcomed
You’re longing for women-centered connection that doesn’t require you to have it all figured out
You want somewhere to go at least once a month where your nervous system can actually soften
You do not have to be “spiritual enough,” “healed enough,” or “put-together enough” to belong here. If you’re human and craving connection, you’re welcome.
The flow is simple and intentionally light:
Arrive & Land
You’re welcomed in, shown where to put your dish, and invited to settle. No awkward icebreakers — just a gentle hello and space to arrive.
Potluck Supper
We share food by candlelight. Everyone brings something if they can (simple is perfect). We pass plates, refill drinks, and let conversation unfold naturally.
Soft Conversation & Connection
We talk about life, joy, grief, daily wins, hard things, silly things. You can share, listen, laugh, or simply sit in the warmth of being with others.
Gentle Closing
Before we part ways, we’ll do a short check-out or moment of gratitude so your body registers: I was here. I was with people. I wasn’t alone.
You leave with a fuller belly, a softer nervous system, and the reminder that you are part of something.

Investment – Sliding Scale
Sanctuary & Sisterhood runs on a sliding scale with three tiers:
Backer – for women with more financial ease who want to help sustain the space
Supporter – for women who can comfortably pay a fair rate that keeps things going
Community – for women who are more stretched or navigating financial strain
You’ll see the full details and current amounts at checkout. You choose the tier that feels honest for you right now. No proof, no justification, no shame.
Wayfinders members: Sanctuary & Sisterhood is already included in your membership. You’ll get a separate email or link with details — no additional payment needed.
We gather monthly in Luna, my sacred space in East Texas.
Group size is intimate (5–8 women max) so the experience stays personal and potent.
Because:
Community and rest shouldn’t only be accessible to the most resourced
This space takes time, energy, and real-world costs to hold well
Women’s financial realities are different — one flat rate can’t honor that
Sliding scale lets each woman practice self-honesty and self-devotion:
Paying at a higher tier when you can helps keep the doors open for others
Choosing a lower tier when you need it is an act of care, not “taking advantage”
You’re trusted to know what’s right for you in this season.
Eligibility cues
Choose Community if several feel true: variable/limited income; supporting dependents; medical/debt stress; recent job change.
Choose Supporter if bills are manageable and you can meet savings goals.
Choose Backer if you have disposable income and want to underwrite Community seats.

“We reserve up to 30% Community seats per date. If Community is full, add your name to the Community Waitlist—we open more as Backer support allows.”
Community — $12 · Your seat at the table is saved.
Supporter — $20 · True cost for food + space.
Backer — $35 · Underwrites Community seats.
Capacity & access: Up to 30% Community seats per date; waitlist if full.
A potluck dish to share (homemade or store-bought — simple is welcome)
A water bottle or drink if you like
Anything that helps you feel cozy (sweater, shawl, etc.)
Most importantly: bring yourself as you are. Tired, raw, joyful, overwhelmed, curious — all of you is allowed.
Dress is casual and comfortable. This is not a place you have to “dress up” for.
This gathering exists because so many of us were taught to:
Hold it together alone
Only show up when we’re “doing well”
Earn belonging by being useful, pleasant, or impressive
Sanctuary & Sisterhood quietly refuses that.
Here, you don’t have to earn your seat at the table.
You bring a dish if you can, your presence if you’re able, and that is enough.

This is where circles are cast, intentions take root, and laughter mingles with candle smoke. Whether you’re joining us for an Oak & Ember Gathering, a Creatrix Circle, or an Unleashed Creatrix immersion, this is the place where transformation stirs and sisterhood is woven.
Luna’s Haven is more than a location — it’s a threshold. When you step inside, you’re stepping into possibility.
We’re located in Mabank, Texas, about an hour southeast of Dallas and an hour due west of Tyler. Once you register for a gathering, you’ll receive exact directions and any special arrival details.
