The Ember Circle

New Moon Gatherings for Soft Rebellion & Sovereign Self-Trust

Each New Moon, we gather in a cozy, women-centered space to slow down, tend the shadows, and listen for what wants to begin. Ember Circle is a gentle reset — a place to lay down the noise, hear your own inner voice again, and leave with clear, grounded intentions for the month ahead.

What is Ember Circle?

Ember Circle is a monthly New Moon gathering for women at Oak & Ember Sanctuary (with an online option for those not local).

Think:
low light, soft blankets, tea, journal in your lap…
a circle of women breathing together, naming what’s heavy, and choosing what they’re ready to grow next.

We work with the energy of the New Moon — the dark, fertile space before the next cycle begins — to:

  • Release old stories and expectations you’re done carrying

  • Plant intentions that feel true in your body, not just impressive on paper

  • Reclaim a way of living that’s cyclical, soulful, and not built on hustle or performance

No experience with moon circles or “witchy” things needed. Just your honest self and a willingness to show up.

Who Ember Circle Is For

Ember is for you if:

  • You’re tired of trying to “fix yourself” and want a softer, more honest way to grow

  • You crave a women-centered space that’s real, cozy, and drama-free

  • You feel the pull to live more in rhythm with seasons and moon phases, but don’t want something rigid or dogmatic

  • You often hold space for everyone else and want one night a month held for you

  • You want to set intentions that actually feel doable in your real life — not just another list of “shoulds”

If you’re longing for connection, relief, and a place to belong as you are, you’re in the right place.

What Happens in an Ember Circle

Each circle follows a familiar, gentle rhythm:

  • Arrive & Land
Come as you are. We settle in with tea or whatever is nourishing for you, grounding, and a short check-in so your body knows it’s safe to exhale.

  • New Moon Theme & Story
I’ll share the theme for this New Moon and how it connects to our lives, cycles, and the 15 Sovereign Feminine Wisdoms. This isn’t a lecture — more like a guided conversation that helps things click.

  • Somatic + Grounding Practice
We’ll do a simple, accessible body-based practice (breath, gentle movement, or nervous system reset) to help you drop out of your head and into your body’s wisdom.

  • Journaling, Shadow-Tending & Reflection
You’ll get guided prompts to explore:

    • What needs to be released or put down this cycle

    • What you’re truly craving (not just what you think you “should” want)

    • What your inner voice is quietly asking for

  • Optional Sharing in Circle
You’re invited (never forced) to share what’s on your heart. We practice listening without fixing, rescuing, or judging — especially ourselves.

  • Intention-Setting Ritual
We close by naming your intentions for the month — small, honest, body-approved intentions. We may use elements like candle flame, breath, or simple symbolic acts to anchor them.

  • Closing & Integration
You’ll leave with 1–3 clear next steps and gentle practices to carry your intentions into daily life.

What You’ll Walk Away With

After Ember Circle, women often describe feeling:

  • Lighter and less alone

  • Clearer on what actually matters this month

  • Calmer in their bodies, with less nervous system buzz

  • Reconnected to their voice and desires

  • Rooted in self-trust instead of shame or “not enough-ness”

You won’t leave with a 37-step plan.

You will leave with:

  • A clear focus for this next moon cycle

  • One or two small, doable actions that feel good in your body

  • The felt experience of being witnessed and welcomed as you are

How Ember Circle Works

Ember Circle is held online via Zoom so you can join from your own cozy corner of the world.

  • We gather around each New Moon (you’ll see the current date/times in Calendly).

  • Each circle is about 90 minutes.

Investment (Sliding Scale)
Ember Circle uses a sliding scale so more women can access this work while still honoring the time, energy, and costs that go into holding the space.

You’ll choose the tier that feels honest and available for you right now:

  • Backer – $35
For women with more financial spaciousness who want to help sustain the work and quietly support sisters who need a lower tier.

  • Sustainer – $20
For women who can comfortably cover basics and a few extras, and want to pay a fair rate that keeps things going.

  • Community – $15
For women who are stretched thin, navigating tight finances, or receiving support. This tier exists so you don’thave to opt out of support when you need it most.

You’ll see the Backer price by default. If you need the Sustainer or Community rate, you’ll be able to enter a coupon code at checkout (listed on the page) to adjust the price. No questions, no proof, no explaining.

Wayfinders members: Ember Circle is already included in your membership. You’ll receive a private link so you can join without additional payment.

Why Sliding Scale?

We use sliding scale because:

  • Money shouldn’t be the thing that keeps women out of healing, community, and self-trust work.

  • At the same time, this work is labor, time, emotional bandwidth, and real-world costs — it needs to be resourced to continue.

  • Different women have different access to money, safety nets, and generational support. One price point can’t hold that complexity.

Sliding scale asks each woman to self-honestly assess where she is and choose accordingly. Paying at the higher tier, when you can, helps keep the lower tiers available for others. Choosing a lower tier when you need it is an act of self-care, not shame.

You’re trusted to know what’s right for you. 🌙

What to Bring (Online)

You can add more detail in this subtitle

For Ember Circle online, you’ll want:

  • A quiet, cozy spot where you can speak freely

  • A journal and pen

  • A candle or small object for your own mini-altar (stone, leaf, photo, or anything that feels meaningful for this cycle)

  • Tea, water, or whatever feels nourishing to sip

Wear whatever lets your body exhale — pajamas, leggings, oversized sweater — this is not a performance space.

This is for you if…

  • You’re ready to stop holding what isn’t yours

  • You crave sacred, grounded sisterhood

  • You want to deepen your connection to your truth

  • You’re tired of pretending and craving a space that doesn’t expect performance

  • You’re walking through a threshold, a season change, a soul-shift — and you don’t want to do it alone
